Become a client through a structured, secure intake.

Answer a short, branching questionnaire so we understand your situation and route you to the right service. The process is remote-first and CPA-led — for individuals and businesses alike.

What to expect: Individual returns from $1,500, entity returns from $1,500, Books + Tax from $650/mo (with a tax engagement). $1,500 minimum for tax return engagements; representation matters scoped separately (notice responses from $750). Once we’ve reviewed your intake, there’s a free 20-minute fit call to confirm fit. Scheduling and secure upload come after this step.

Accepting a limited number of new clients for the 2026 filing season.

Before You Start

Who this is best for

A quick gut-check so you know whether we’re the right firm before you fill anything out. If you see yourself on the left, the intake below is built for you.

A strong fit if…

  • You have a complex individual return — rentals, K-1s, equity compensation, or multi-state income.
  • You own a business and want bookkeeping and tax handled together by one CPA.
  • You received an IRS or state notice and want a CPA to respond on your behalf.
  • You want a remote-first, year-round CPA relationship — not a one-time filing.
  • You care about getting compliance right more than finding the cheapest option.

We may not be the right fit if…

  • Your return is a simple, single W-2 filing and you are looking for the lowest possible price — our engagements start at a $1,500 minimum.
  • You expect an urgent notice resolved overnight without a consultation.
  • You prefer in-person, walk-in service over a secure remote process.
  • You are looking for free tax advice without engaging the firm.

Not sure where you land? and we’ll tell you honestly.
